I'm talking about the filth and smell of the toilets; there's only a urinal, otherwise there are two toilets inside, and neither of the lights are working. There's a very strong urine smell inside; someone urinated down the drain. Also, the tea comes in stained cups, and by stained I don't mean finger marks or anything like that; it's literally a lipstick stain.
