I'm coming from out of town. I was very pleased with Berat's friendly demeanor and excellent service. I enjoyed the coffee, tea, and hookah. The hookah sets are fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for everything. I recommend it to everyone.

I haven't seen such a disturbing place in a long time. It's a low-quality place. The area I was sitting in was freezing, and the heaters weren't working properly. We ordered, and they kept saying this and that were out of stock. First, decide what you're going to offer. The hookah was terrible. I asked the guy working the hookah something, and it was clear he didn't understand from him saying it was reasonably priced. It's on my list of places I'll never go to again. (I strongly advise against going to the restroom.)

The hookah is good, above Düzce standards, the tea and coffee prices are reasonable, and most importantly, the staff are attentive.

The waiters and the staff at the cash register know absolutely nothing. We placed our order, they went and came back asking about it again. Drinks we didn't order were added to our bill and we had to pay for them. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. We asked if they could turn it down, and they said they couldn't. Quality service and customer satisfaction are zero. It's not even worth considering in terms of price-performance ratio. Don't go there.
