Oduman is a company that stands behind its products, and their customer relations are truly professional. Their steel hookahs last for many years and are spotless; I haven't been this satisfied with steel products from other brands. Also, their latest batch of charcoal is still just as high quality as the old ones. I stopped using them for a while, but they've managed to maintain that old quality again.
