Almost great if it's not the prices which are above the market average. The food quality is moderate except for the breakfast which is great. Drinks are great. Nargile is also good. The music is very loud unfortunately during the evening and night. So if you are with a group it becomes hard to hear each others. The view outside is amazing during morning and romantic during nights. A slight increase in the quality of the food, and slight reduction in prices and music will turn this place to a 5/5
