In Aksaray, the Atlihan Cafe in the cultural park used to be very good for hookah, but on my last visit, it wasn't the same anymore. Among the brown-themed places, I'd say it's pretty much the best; there are only a few places like that left, most are deteriorating. For tobacco, I recommend Love 66.

The atmosphere is terrible, there's constant noise everywhere, you say something and it takes a very long time for it to arrive, even a ready-made drink takes 30 minutes. I don't recommend it.

The cafe is spacious, airy, and pleasant, but the staff can't keep up, probably due to a shortage of personnel. However, I think the staff should be more dedicated because we had to wait 10 minutes just to place an order. Also, the shisha is very expensive; those planning to go there should adjust their budget accordingly.
