Nice conference hotel. Staff at the lobby didn't seem very welcoming. My room was very noisy, asked to get a new one and luckily I met this wonderful lady (head of staff, I think her name was Lamiar) who kindly got me a new and better room. Even Latifa, the housekeeping girl, was absolutely kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment. The service was far from satisfactory, and it felt more like a budget accommodation rather than a luxury hotel. The restaurants, particularly the breakfast service, were quite disappointing. The quality of the food was lacking, and when I raised my concerns about the breakfast service, the staff's response was that the hotel does not have many guests. Poor service disappointing food. If you can’t speak French or Arabic then your not attended too or care about you. Expensive food. I would avoid and go down La Marsa.
