A fantastic managing director named Ilker gave us a one-hour tour, presenting the entire development process he and his partner had undertaken. At the end, we finally got to see the finished product. Every step was explained very clearly. Why these materials? Why this size? Why these grooves? Everything had an "aha!" moment. In my opinion, the hookah is very well-designed, easily customizable, and very simple to use. You can even add strong-tasting fruits and herbs to the middle section so they can be enjoyed along with the smoke. Highly recommended!

Much has already been written about the owners, and it's all absolutely true. As for the product itself, it's UNIQUE. Thanks to the Fresh-Smoke, I experienced moments of pure enjoyment. Hours of fresh smoke and a long-lasting tobacco flavor. With regular hookahs, you start to feel the burning coals after about an hour (since I got the CybeOne, they've been sitting in my living room as decoration), but with this product, that wasn't the case even after 2-3 hours.
