Franklin Miranda★★★★★Came into this place by chance while leaving the city when everything else was closed. Location was calm and perfect to get a drink. Hookahs available and some of the best hookah I've smoked in Europe. Tables outside. Perfect place to unwind and just enjoy the night. Open till 5am everyday.
