Terrible service and abysmal customer support, practically nonexistent. We were terrified the entire time, and the shisha was absolutely awful. It seemed like it had been reused, and inside it, there appeared to be a whole new ecosystem. In short, everything was terrible. On the plus side, the shisha was only 8 euros, so it's cheap to die.

It's very cheap, there's always a great atmosphere and dembow music, and the cocktails are excellent. I'm a regular customer for shisha in Olot. Everyone I've taken from out of town has loved it.
