They served me a burnt shisha that tasted only of charcoal, and the excuse was that it was a blend the owner made to be exclusive, which is why it didn't taste like the flavor listed on the menu. The thing is, the flavor they gave me was already burnt, meaning someone had already smoked it. Instead of changing the bowl to something that tasted decent, all they said was that they couldn't and didn't care. The atmosphere was generally quite calm, the bad thing is that they kicked us out around 00:30 when Google says it closes at 2:00, honestly I don't know if it's a matter of the staff doing whatever they want or not keeping their promises.
