I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful service. We were seated at a very small table. When our coffee arrived, I politely asked the waiter in English if he could clear some items from the table to make a little more space. Instead of responding professionally, he started speaking Serbian. I explained that I don’t speak Serbian. His response was simply: “Learn.” As an international guest, I found this incredibly offensive. No customer should be treated this way for not speaking the local language. It definitely offers the best hookah in Belgrade – the quality and flavor are top-notch every single time. The service is excellent, and the waiters are always cheerful, friendly, and easygoing, which makes the whole experience even better. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service and atmosphere you get. Big respect to the owner and the manager for creating such an amazing place. Honestly, I don’t know what I would do in life without this spot!
