Most people know him as “Doctor.” Believe me, his service is absolutely outstanding. Very poor staff behavior. The staff is extremely impolite and unprofessional with customers. We left and went to Level 5 Lounge in Khobar instead, which is easily one of the best spots around. Level 5 has a fantastic ambiance and professional hospitality. Avoid this lounge and choose a better place.
