Many people here say it's the best hookah bar in town, so I decided to check it out – and it's true! I've been there twice; it's a great, cozy place with reasonable prices. The guys make excellent hookahs, there's a huge selection of tobacco, and you can also order tea and sweets. I'd like to commend the staff – they do an excellent job! Thank you :)P.S. It would be great if you could add the ability to pay by card number for those who don't have Sberbank, or enable the Fast Payment System (SBP). Some future customers might need it.

The best hookah I've ever smoked! Scarlet Sails, London, Hayal, Zuri, Space, Basement, and the Fortress restaurant is a total hoot. Smok always has all the tobaccos and the best hookah makers, and the food is also decent. I'm from out of town, so I'm giving an honest review. I'm sitting at Scarlet Sails, the hookah is a hoot.
