Central place in Constanta. The location is nice. The food was good, maybe a bit too salty, but it was served hot and fresh. The papanasi were a bit disappointing, they lacked the cheese from the recipe and felt more like donuts. The staff was not really friendly, but they were polite.

Food is ok, and waitress service is OK. Menus are folling apart! Cucarachas walking on the table next to my food was not impressive...🤢 The manager ( She looks like she was the woman with Huge lips) was very rude and display a very bad attitude... Perhaps if she is the manager should look at the cleanliness of the place to avoid having cucarachas walking next to the plate of food... Place NOT recommended.

I got in with my husband, we ordered a hookah and drinks while i ordered the burger dish and a dessert (lava cake for later) we got our drinks and the hookah and waited so long for the meal and then the server brought two burger dishes??? We only ordered one and she put the dessert next to it put in mind the dessert had ice cream!! When we told her we only ordered one plate she said oh but i assumed two pple u ordered two meals and then when we told her we didnt want the dessert now its AFTER the meal she said ohh but i assumed one of you ate the burgers and the other the dessert??? Like girl
