Courteous staff, but not at all friendly. Rather bored, I would say. Two days left in Romania and the liquid I had with me finished and I didn't know how I could find something at least similar. The girl there who "tried most of them", as she claimed, gave me one saying it has a similar mixture of aromas like my own, but trying it at home I realised it was NOTHING like mine. I expected it to be different, but that wasn't the real problem! The real problem was that there was also menthol in it (which I totally hate!) and she didn't even bother mentioning it!!! The staff is very unprofessional &clueless regarding client service, as well as laws regarding shelf price. Some employee told me me totally unbothered that i have to pay more than 50% over the shelf price because prices are changing today (it was 5.40 pm) and that the price displayed doesn't matter.
