What visitors say about Kufic Lobby Lounge
Visitors are split on this hotel lounge. Several praise friendly, attentive staff, and describe good food in a pleasant setting. Others report a much worse experience: food arriving cold after a long wait, indifferent and inattentive service, and a birthday celebration that did not go smoothly. Complaints note poor staffing and a lack of attention to detail that visitors feel falls short of what is expected from a five-star hotel.
