This hookah lounge had great music and atmosphere. The staff were nice and welcoming, which is always a positive! I tried the fruit bowl hookah, which was 37 euros (quite expensive for a hookah in Porto), and it wasn’t bad but also nothing special. I wouldn’t order the fruit bowl hookah again. I think the food, drinks, and hookah on their menu are overpriced (I guess it makes sense given that it is in a touristy location). I enjoyed the atmosphere and the place overall. However, I was disappointed with the service from one of the staff members who was serving customers during my visit. She seemed unfriendly and her attitude was not very welcoming, which affected my experience. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service is an important part of the experience. I hope the management can address this and ensure a more positive and professional interaction with customers in the future.
