What visitors say about Nowogrodzka
Most customers consistently describe the hookahs as the best they have tried in Warsaw, with lovely and attentive staff creating a welcoming environment. The staff quality and hookah excellence are standout features. However, one review raises significant concerns about accessibility, noting that parking is not cleared of snow, sidewalk access is poor, and wheelchair accessibility needs substantial improvement. Physical accessibility issues contrast with the excellent service quality.
