Amazing place with a great vibe! The hookahs here are top-tier: smooth, flavorful, and last a long time — the masters hit the mark perfectly every time. The service was also impressive; the staff is super attentive, they change the coals on time, and everything is fast and friendly. Absolutely horrific experience. From start to finish, the service was a complete shambles. We were overcharged and repeatedly asked to see the bill/receipt so we could understand what we were being charged for. Despite asking several times, we were never shown a bill. Instead, staff suddenly pretended they didn’t speak or understand English… despite having clearly understood us earlier. It felt dishonest and deliberately evasive. Great impression made by service team - specifically by waiter Anton and shisha master Egor - they did a great job always making sure that everything is good and on time. 2 shishas’ quality was perfect. One more note is about the live performance by guitarist - I don’t know his name but he played very artistically and added a big portion of vibe to the already pleasing atmosphere.
