I visited Sahra Cafe yesterday and was very disappointed with the way we were treated. As customers, we expected to be served with courtesy and respect. Instead, when we raised concerns and tried to clarify our order, the staff's response was unprofessional and we were told to leave if we were not willing to follow their instructions. Good customer service is not only about serving food and beverages; it is also about treating customers with respect and addressing concerns politely. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback serious

An average cafe for sheesha lovers around that area. The service is great & quick. Seating is good & comfortable. Although, the sheesha is not up to my standards at all. But due to friendly service I still visit regularly with my friends.

Very bad customer experience. No respect for the customer and ordering customer instead of respecting . If you are looking for a disrespect and bad customer service this is the right place for you.
