During summertime they charge you double, if not triple the money than usual. That's a no-go. I ordered a Shisha and I wanted to give it back since there was no smoke coming out. The waiters refused to do that because they assumed I wasn't smoking it correctly. I literally complained 7 times within an hour until I eventually asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to get a refund and I succeeded after a long discussion. They offered me a free Shisha and I kindly declined that offer. A waste of time. never again! Btw i‘m from kercova and see a lot there, but that was a the worst.
