Serbaya and Jamara are good. The ventilation is a bit lacking, especially upstairs. The security guard likes people to walk around with him. The shisha quality is good. The price could be reduced by about 20 dirhams to be better.

Catastrophic experience. The service was appalling and the organization was a complete mess. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally served a shisha… only to have it taken away after 5 minutes and given to a table that arrived after me, simply because they were more insistent. An unbelievable and deeply disrespectful situation. I wanted to leave immediately, but the manager stopped me to apologize—too late, the damage was done. No consideration for customers, no management, no valid apology. I strongly advise against this place. One of the worst shisha experiences I've ever had.
