Came across Cafe Chica Kaoutaria and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Even though we were tourists and they didn't speak much English (and we didn't speak any french), they still accommodated us so well that we ended up going twice. Very good quality shisha for very cheap, comes with a free water bottle and they change charcoals very frequently. Would definitely recommend.
