I’ve visited quite a few shisha places in KL, and this one is definitely among the better ones. It’s clean, and the service and atmosphere are both great. The shisha itself was very enjoyable—I especially liked the woody flavors. That said, I do wish they offered a wider selection of flavors. Alternatively, the menu could be a bit clearer and easier to understand. They do offer some snacks, but there are no proper food options available. Just discovered one of KL’s hidden gem shisha bars, and it’s full of amazing vibes! From the chill atmosphere to the great music, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good evening. Definitely planning to visit again soon. Also, the other two branches – Golden Brown and The Red- Door – have always been among my favorites. Good atmosphere but terrible service. Went in about 8pm, place was empty and the staff members were playing with phones and smoking vape, some staff members even had trouble understanding English. Went to pay and stood at the counter unattended while the staff was hassling over some Grab delivery, bad service.
