Disappointing Experience at MRTA Lounge I recently visited MRTA Lounge and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The only positive aspect was the ambience – the interior design is well done, with a relaxed vibe that could’ve set the tone for a good evening. Sadly, that’s where the positives ended. After we ordered, a woman came to tell us that for grous of 6 and more people, a 1000 soms need to be prepaid per person. We told her that the waiters have not warned us, that we have already ordered food, and that her unfriendly attitude ruined our mood. 6 adults, obviously we would spent at least 1000 soms per person, why is this even necessary? No client-oriented service. It took a good 15-20 minutes for the otherwise good shisha to change the mood. Myata is a solid choice. Good vibes. Friendly staff and premium quality shisha. The berry mix with ice I had recently was possibly one of the best smokes I ever had. The head lasts more than three hours in this place.... They know what they are doing regarding shisha.
