Its a nice place to hang out. A lot of youngsters hangout here. It creates the vibe of a night club similar to the ones seen in Dubai, but it is just a glorified shisha spot. It's very busy during the weekends. I recommend getting a reservation before going. Best time to visit is around 2100 hours. While the staff is friendly and professional it might take a while to get their attention. Better learn some hand gymnastics to get their attention. I waited for 20 mins or so and ended up getting up and talking to one of their staff to bring us the menu.
