I had a relaxing evening at Trendy Lounge Bar. The space is very modern, the music is just right, perfect for unwinding. Regarding the food: • Norwegian Salmon: The salmon was very fresh, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented. I'd seen this place from reviews a while back. I was interested in the black pasta with seafood. Unfortunately, they weren't available. We ordered a rich tom yum broth. The waiter told us it included shrimp, mussels, squid, and octopus. Unfortunately, they didn't have any squid or octopus. I found it a bit runny and lacking coconut cream. A four. The horse steak was delicious and juicy. It deserved a five. The battered seafood appetizer was so-so. The seafood was all overcooked, and there was a hint of stale oil. I definitely wouldn't order it again. The homemade dumplings were good and tasty.
