Previously, this establishment was one of my favorites, in part because I could pre-order a hookah during lunchtime, given the limited lunchtime (one hour). However, today my pre-order was denied, with the explanation that the hookah attendant couldn't handle the lunchtime service. I understand the staff's workload, but with increased customer traffic, it would be advisable to consider increasing the staff during peak hours. I've been there twice in just a couple of days, and I'll tell you what I experienced both times. The establishment has both a summer terrace and an indoor space, which is quite spacious, which you wouldn't expect from the outside. It's dimly lit inside, and music videos are playing. On my first visit, they were playing really cool tracks, creating a melodic lounge atmosphere. Horrible place! Service is terrible. Food is bad. Beer is bad. Hookah is ok. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
