If you plan on taking the stance to say that you serve nothing but the most premium food and drink with supposedly exceptional service, I, as a guest, expect that I would receive service that at least attempts to reflect that. In our experience, it simply did not. The cocktails were average at best, the food was fine but nothing that suggested premium ingredients and has nothing that I would write home about to suggest any friend to come over and try
