The meal was a delightful surprise, especially the second. It was steamed egg with a herbal sauce topped with tuna and caviar. It doesn't sound special for sure yet I have never had a dish with such balanced, sophisticated flavor. It was such a shame I had no words to describe the taste. The other dishes were nice as well, just not as mysterious as the steamed egg. Though I have to say the spaghetti was a little disappointing. It was fried noodles made with spaghetti. I was expecting a fun twist like the other dishes had but found none. Personally, I would prefer a regular fried noodle instea

Kaboom offers a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour from the 20th floor. The creative cocktails, especially the Instagrammable "Damn Pissed O!" bathtub drink, are highlights. Paired with delicious Southeast Asian fusion dishes like Laksa Seafood Paella and Thai Lobster Spaghetti, it’s the perfect spot for a chic girls' night out.

Nice view of the Victoria Harbour on 20/F with delicious food and cocktails. The prawn and scallop carpaccio is so fresh. The pomelo salad with Iberico shoulder ham is also refreshing and the portion is really huge. The mains are black cod fish and lobster pasta, the fish is cooked perfectly and the pasta sauce is really tasty. Overall, the food and vibe is very nice.

What a fab place! I’d been seeking somewhere like it since before arriving in HK and don’t know why it didn’t come up on my initial search. Really lovely views, friendly staff and incredibly unique cocktails - I’ve never tasted anything quite like them! Funky music and relaxed and friendly vibe. Great had enough time there really but there is a time limit for outdoor seating (fair I guess; most places have this these days) and I’m not a fan of smoking so be good to have outdoor seating segregated a bit. Overall highly recommend!
