I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews saying the staff is unfriendly! We were greeted warmly and in a relaxed manner and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. Even when we changed our minds after a few minutes and wanted to sit outside instead, it wasn't a problem at all. The tobacco was also very good, and the shisha lasted a good 2.5 hours for two people, probably even longer if we hadn't had to go home already! The cocktails were also very good. (Especially the Baileys Colada, I highly recommend it :D) The owner even had shots and chips brought to us on the house! So do

We were at the shisha bar last night. The shisha master was incredibly rude and disrespectful – he sat down at our table without our permission, was cheeky and dissatisfied. I've never experienced such terrible service in my life. When I asked for a mild shisha, he rudely told me they didn't offer one. It was a nightmare. I will never go back to that place and I can't recommend it to anyone.

A modern and stylish shisha bar with outstanding customer service. I've been to quite a few shisha bars, but I've never experienced such excellent customer care, and that's definitely not an exaggeration. The staff automatically change the coals without you even having to ask. Everyone is always friendly and makes sure their guests are completely satisfied. Simply top-notch. P.S.: I never usually write reviews, but this one was a must.
