Tobias Göttlich★Unenthusiastic staff. I ordered new coals twice in 1.5 hours but received none. After 1.5 hours, the coals looked like the ones in the picture. Consequently, there was virtually no smoke. It's a shame, as the bar is well-located and has potential. The taste was rather below average.

And often when I've made a few funny remarks, they've always joined in, which is why I think it's an awesome bar.
Julian Mack★★Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly lately. The staff is mostly unfriendly and/or inattentive. What was once a top shisha bar is now perhaps only mediocre to poor. They should reconsider their slogan, "The best hookah around." 🤔🤔
