⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly excellent place! The staff is welcoming and always smiling. The service is attentive; they really take the time to serve you well. The atmosphere is calm, with pleasant, not-too-loud music. The shishas are simply the best in Saarbrücken! The drinks menu is varied, and the decor is beautiful. I highly recommend it!

I went to Loft Café. Unfortunately, the service wasn't good. The delivery took a very long time. We had ordered tea and shisha – the tea arrived first, and we had already drunk it before the shisha even arrived. After asking several times, we were told that the flavor we wanted wasn't available, and they made us a different one. Also, the tea was spilled, and the sugar next to the cup was damp. I didn't replace it because I would have had to wait even longer. I was disappointed, especially since my friends had recommended the café. I don't know if it was just bad luck or if it's always like
