The ambiance was quite charming and summery. The shisha was okay, but it would have been nice if the service had been more attentive to the guests. The coals weren't replaced until the shisha was already finished, and no one checked if everything was alright. The drinks were excellent! The food smelled good, but we didn't get a chance to order anything because no one came to our table. It would also be helpful to put up signs for the restrooms, as it's not clear where they are on a first-time visit. Please also indicate online that only cash payments are accepted. Disastrous evening! This self-proclaimed cool shisha bar/lounge was, in my opinion, a complete disappointment. We wanted to enjoy a nice evening. From the first order to paying, everything went so terribly wrong that I will never set foot in this dump again. The staff are hopelessly overwhelmed, don't keep to agreements, every order takes at least 20 minutes to process, and when we ask questions, the staff play dumb or spend their time at the next table chatting with other guests. We brought a cake, and in my world, it's perfectly logical that cake should be served with a plate and cutlery. O
