The shisha bar's location is perfect. The stylish decor gives the place an upscale atmosphere. The staff, including the owner, are friendly and cool. However, the service is rather unprofessional, as the employees seem to be beginners. In terms of value for money, it's more adequate than good. The shisha coals aren't changed often, and after about 40 minutes, the shishas taste burnt. The drink prices are too high compared to the competition. All three of us work in the restaurant industry, but what we saw and experienced today was, well, unacceptable and really not something you'd expect in the hospitality industry. A really cool bar with a great atmosphere. 🍹 The cocktails are delicious and creative, the shisha was rather average, but the atmosphere and the special Thursday offer (shisha price is determined by a roll of the dice 🎲) more than make up for it.
