First time there since the renovation; it looks very chic but has retained its old charm. Unfortunately, the bench in the front area gave me back pain; a few small cushions would be nice. The waiters/waitresses are very attentive and polite. I'm deducting points for the strange-smelling glasses. I had a tea there, and the glass had a really odd odor, which was very unpleasant. I don't know if it's from the dishwasher or what it's from, but please be aware of it. Otherwise, everything is great there. You can also watch the World Cup there. The shisha was very good and lasted a long time.

By far the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere... To begin with, we had to wait 15 minutes just to order, and then it took even longer for our order to arrive. Up to this point, everything was still okay. When we asked for a second mouthpiece, we received it after about 15 minutes with the explanation, "I didn't have time before." After 1.5 hours, when we asked for more coals, they hadn't arrived. We had to ask repeatedly (a total of four times). Since we still hadn't received any coals after another 1.5 hours, even though other tables were getting new coals and hookahs, we left.

Excellent hookahs, friendly staff, one of whom was particularly outstanding: Mikail A. He was in a great mood, always asked if everything was alright, and gave good advice. 10/10 overall. Equally impressive was employee Hami T. He did a great job, was polite, and very personable. Arman A. was a disaster, with his bad mood and bowls that looked like they came from Iran. Vural K., the owner, was also very friendly.

Good bar with a pleasant atmosphere. There are gaming tables with mini-games like Don't be angry and more. Operation sometimes loses track of things when there's a lot going on, just remember that and then it's not an issue. Shisha is great.
