Tried the ice bon bon but it wasnt icy enough. The guys were quite accommodating and adjusted the flavour twice but it still wasnt cold enough. Tried at another shisha place the next day with the same flavour and it was much more icy. In summary their customer service is good and nice place but the shisha wasnt how i liked it. Quite pricey too.

Love LOVE LOVE the atmosphere of this place and the service. Tried ordering kasetorte from the menu, the cream of the cake smelled after cooked food, i asked the waiter to change it. He got me a new one that tasted the same. Then apologized im not taking it and ordered fries instead So 5 stars for the great customer service! 😍😍😍

Shisha was really good, best that I had in Germany so far. Lounge has fantastic design, also best so far in Germany. The lounge was really crowded, but that was no surprise as it has central location and it was saturday night. We still managed to find place to sit, and staff helped us with that. Usually people spend at shisha lounges around 2 hours, so it is not impossible to find place to sit, as people come and go, all the time. Staff was very nice and professional, charcoal was also changed and checked all the time and they came to tables to ask if customers wanted to order more to drink an
