Despite the restaurant being full, a table was still found for us. I would particularly like to commend the service: Since there were beetles on the outdoor seating area and I have a severe phobia, the staff immediately showed understanding and found us alternative seating. We were even allowed to move again so we could feel comfortable, despite the crowd. The black-haired employee was very attentive, friendly, and solution-oriented. Thank you so much for this exceptionally good service! We will gladly return.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service is quick. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The shisha and drinks were also fantastic. The bar's ambiance is lovely too – cozy, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing evening. Overall, a truly great shisha bar with very friendly staff, excellent service, and high-quality shisha. We'll definitely be back when we're in Hamburg again!
