Customers experienced significant food preparation errors, including ignoring special requests and failing to add ordered items like shrimp. Burger quality was criticized as waste and overly salty. However, shisha quality and location were praised. Service speed received positive feedback, and the venue was described as a good chilling spot. Overall, inconsistent food service contrasts with positive atmosphere and shisha offerings.
