We waited 40 minutes to get lukewarm undrinkable beers from an apathetic staff after they said they had run out of almost everything, while our friend didn't get his drink. While the location seemed really good, the music, staff, and for the most part the customers as well were one of the most disappointing experiences in my life.

Poor service and indifference to customers, trying to take advantage of them when they are drunk. 🤮I just went there yesterday and I didn't know much about it when I got my card and paid 18 euros each to enter and then when I went to order a drink they took my card and didn't give it back to me and... He didn't say anything and let me walk away and after that he said I lost it and just wanted the money.😡😡 Da ich an vielen Orten war, ist dies das Schlimmste, schlechter Service, schlechteste Erfahrung.🤮🤮

Surprisingly nice place in the city center, cool terrace, stylish interior, good menu, many shisha options. Just the waitress could be a little more friendly :) I felt like I am annoying them with my presence.
