What visitors say about Smoke Empire – Vape & Shisha Shop Köln
excellent advicehuge selectionfriendly staffhigh-quality serviceinconsistent hours
Guests praise excellent and knowledgeable staff advice, huge product selection, and friendly atmosphere. The shop is described as always friendly and helpful with quality recommendations. Staff are noted as relaxed and competent. However, one review reported the store being closed during posted opening hours, with a 40-minute wait before giving up. This operational inconsistency is a significant issue. When open and staffed, the service quality is consistently praised.
