What visitors say about Le Dream
Visitors describe the best shisha in Lyon with consistently pleasant welcome and impeccable service. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, one reviewer reports a severely negative experience with the owner showing disrespect and lack of respect toward customers, throwing them out and harassing them immediately upon arrival to show off in front of other patrons. This behavior directly contradicts the otherwise positive staff interactions and service standards. The venue offers excellent shisha quality and good service but appears to suffer from owner conduct issues that create unsafe or unwelcoming experiences despite staff efforts.
