The worst place I’ve ever been to. The hospitality is terrible. They only let in people who are regulars and keep everyone else waiting, even when the ratio doesn’t justify it. No matter how many girls entered the place, they kept giving the same excuses. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I waited for over 3 hours, and the guy at the door, Kamal, was completely unhelpful. He kept saying, “You’re not rejected, just wait a little longer,” but I stood there for hours watching other people get in while he continued making excuses. Omar was so welcoming! The breakfast is the best — everything you could want and much more! A very cool orange juicer, hibiscus juice, all kinds of pastries, multiple kinds of yogurt, and so many hot Egyptian options! But the service made me feel like a queen. Thank you, Omar!

We stayed at the Sheraton for three nights while doing the usual tourist stuff. Emotionally and physically exhausted at the end of the day we ate in the hotel. Good mixture of traditional and European dishes. Service was great and attentive especially Omar Mostafa at breakfast who introduced us to Fetter with Tahini and black honey to set us up for our last day.
