Reviewers frequently praise the staff for being friendly, professional, and helpful, with specific mentions of employees Aryan and Daryna. The shop is described as clean and well-organized with good product selection and prices. However, significant criticism exists regarding product safety. Multiple customers reported severe adverse reactions, including a panic attack and an intense, trippy high attributed to synthetic ingredients in pre-rolls.
