Very comfortable place, perfect for long evening talks. Dim lighting, not loud music. Have tried their Salep and was made quite good. But could not finish it fully as it was pretty heavy taste (that could be just me though). They have huge array of possible tea choices. The only issue is if you are not expert, you can get lost trying to make right choice among so many options and explanations. Good thing is that menue does offer even historical explanation, but was too tired to give it full attention.

The very best tearoom in Karlovy Vary. Plenty of options for any occasion. Lots of teas - hot and cold, tea specialties. Super tasty couscous, pitas. Shisha prepared spotlessly. Love this place.

We used to go here for years and it was always a great experience. However, this year - their staff was rude and simply not intrested. We were waiting 35 min for our tea. When we asked for a menu, we have waited 15 min and then we got it ourselves (however nobody then came to ask if we want something). We have asked for a new coal for our shisha twice and never got it (the first one went out after 20 minutes). In total, we have spent 2 hours in there from which 1,5 hour (without exaggeration) was time we waited for something (tea, shisha, menu, bill). next year, we will go to the other teashop
