Apparently there has been a change of owner. The premises are renovated, but not cozy and you can kind of see each other's faces. I wouldn't call the establishment a teahouse anymore. The selection of teas is very small. The teapot doesn't match the contents of the cup so you only brew the bottom of the strainer. The top of everything is metal!!! yes you read correctly metal strainer in the teapot 🤦! It's more like a shisha bar. Good hookahs with a good selection of tobacco. In conclusion; I recommend it for hookah, but NOT for tea! 3* and very scratched ears.

A new girl showed up at your place and made really bad tea, it was like plain water and she didn't want to make us a hookah yet because they close in an hour and a half.

I've been visiting ZEN for maybe 15 years. Pleasant service, nice environment. I don't see the renovation and change in the menu too positively, but it's still a place I always like to return to.
