Awful experiences, the arabic woman with the blond hair who always smokes cigarettes gave me the worst experience I could think of, when we were choosing some music she lowered the volume & interrupts the music with her own and higher the volume when it was her songs. She closed the lounge 1 hour before it’s supposed to be closed. She didn’t want to serve us for no reason , all we asked was bottle of water. We had to wait for the asian girl to serve us because she was in her feelings. Also we were regular clients but they lost us because of the last 3 times we went because of her. Y’all need t

Nice place, cosy, near to metro iberville, open til 3am on a Monday, Wi-Fi, good flavoury and smooth shisha last almost 5h, come with 5 charcoals, very good tea, music, quick and smiley service (didn't order food though), have bubble tea too but didn't try it, prices ok. I will definitely go back soon. Good dessert and smoothies too, really good atmosphere they change the menu and I saw they serve poutine now. I really like the spot and it was pretty busy for a Monday night.
