I decided to give it another try, and I’m really glad I did. The experience has improved a lot the service is more attentive, and the shisha quality is much better than before. A big shoutout to odi who took care of us very friendly checked in regularly, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. That kind of service really makes a difference.

Shisha price is weird. Says can be shared between two people, $5 per person after that but charges for the second person too lol Phillysteak sandwich was mostly peppers and barely any beef. Tenders, halloumi sandwich, and chicken mousakan are good. Lime smoothie and iced latte are good. Mango ice cream was really bad. One time we went, we ordered a halloumi sandwich but never got it and they put it in the bill. Service is very spotty. We kept waiting to flag someone down but kept having to get up and find staff at the checkout counter.

I really love Royal Lounge. Their fried chicken sandwich is amazing — crispy, flavorful, and very satisfying. The portion was good, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a place I would go back to. Highly recommended!
