It deserved 5 stars, if it weren't for the difficulty in paying with Pix (Brazilian instant payment system). The prices of some products are reasonable, while others are not so much. Few varieties of hookah flavors. The 4 stars are for the beautiful store, location, and the excellent service from the girls and the green-eyed guy. For us pipe smokers, most tobacconists leave much to be desired. It's understandable why—most consumers are looking for hookah products and electronic gadgets—nothing appealing to this old man here. Even so, you can find good quality tobaccos and pipes: Captain Black; Borkum Riff l; 7 seas; and the best national brands. Great store, great products, terrible service! The woman who served me shouldn't be working in customer service; she was extremely rude, ill-mannered, and unfriendly! You haven't lost just one customer yet, you'll lose many more by hiring this kind of person... I spent almost 100 reais, she didn't give me a single real discount, and she even refused to give me a lighter to light the tobacco I had just bought. A complete lack of respect!
