The service is excellent, from the security team, cashier, bar staff, and even the waiters. The bathrooms need renovation, and the clientele is largely young people aged 18 to 22, so I don't recommend it for anyone older than 25. If that's your case, I recommend going to other places with an older crowd. The environment is well-ventilated; we ordered a hookah that arrived in less than 4 minutes. Congratulations on the service at the establishment!

It used to be better; today there are many problems with the place's structure. They should do some kind of renovation, but the incredible times that Urban once had are long gone.

Terrible atmosphere, full of "kids" wearing baseball caps, lots of hooligans causing trouble in the streets, a really rowdy crowd, a bizarre environment, lots of drunk people racing in the streets, banging their exhaust tips on their motorcycles. Terrible administration that does nothing.

People are always fighting there, lol, nobody respects each other and there's always someone breaking a bottle or a hookah.
